Mineral Marketplace

A transaction platform for buying and selling U.S. mineral rights, operated by Oliver Natural Resources.

Mineral Marketplace gives mineral-rights owners the county-level data they need to sell with confidence, and gives qualified buyers a single place to research, evaluate and transact. Owners list their interests; verified buyers research them against public production, permitting and completions data; and the two sides negotiate and close on the platform.

The platform covers nine states: Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, North Dakota and Wyoming.

For owners

List mineral, royalty and overriding-royalty interests. Guided intake, document vault, and offer management.

For buyers

County and operator research, production history, completions data, and identity verification before offers are made.

On-platform deals

Offers, negotiation, deal rooms and closing checklists, so a transaction has one record from first contact to close.

Email from this platform

Mineral Marketplace sends transactional email only, and only to people who hold an account. That means account verification, password resets, offer and bid notifications, messages from a counterparty, listing-status changes, and deal-stage updates. Every message relates to activity on the recipient's own account.

We do not send marketing campaigns, we do not purchase or rent recipient lists, and we do not send to addresses that have not registered on the platform. Bounces and complaints are processed and suppressed.

Access. The application is in pre-launch and is currently reachable only from allowlisted networks while it is prepared for its pilot cohort. This page, the privacy policy and the terms of service are public. For access or questions, contact engineering@synapticstack.ai.
